Christina Lucas
Head Start Special Education Teacher / Disabilities Coordinator
Christina has worked for the tribe since November 2004. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching, is a certified Special Education teacher with an endorsement in K-8 Elementary Education and has a Special Education endorsement for K-5. Christina also holds an Associates of Arts in Early Childhood Development.
Aside from her general duties, Christina is always willing to take on any additional tasks or assignments, often without being asked. She demonstrates great skills in team work and support. Christina’s work ethic is outstanding. She has impeccable attendance and she is extremely dependable.
Christina comes from a large family and has been married for 10 years to her husband Jerry. She enjoys cross stitching, hanging out with her cats and drinking Dr. Pepper. You can always find a J.A. Jance novel nearby. She is a devoted and caring staff member with a big heart for all, especially the children and families of the Muckleshoot Head Start Program.
