Mission

To improve the quality of life of Tribal and community members by providing culturally sensitive, comprehensive and high quality health care and wellness services.

Registration is necessary prior to receiving services from the Muckleshoot Health & Wellness Center.  It is necessary to update your information annually or whenever changes to your address, phone number or insurance occur.  Please call or visit us if you have questions about how to become eligible to receive services.
