Community Service has 3 different areas that we cover. Administration, Mail Room and Mail run. We are located at the Philip Starr Building.  We service employees, community members, the public and mail carriers such as USPS, Fed EX and UPS, Amazon etc. We retrieve and deliver mail and packages throughout the Muckleshoot Tribal Entities and we add postage to mail and packages for work related Tribal departments. We also are the main switch board though out the tribe so we transfer all the calls to all work entities throughout the tribe.

• Welcoming visitors and providing assistance to the appropriate person or department
• Managing multi-line reception switchboard for the MIT entities
• Handling queries and complaints via phone
• Managing meeting room availability for the MIT PSB conference rooms
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and/or packages and delivery to the correct department or recipient
• Prepare mail/packages for shipping using a postage meter machine and applicable USPS software
• Coordinating internal and external events via Tribal Events Calendar
• Maintaining inventory and the safety and hygiene standards of the reception area, copier, and coffee/break room
• Provide administrative support services to help the tribal departments and community
• Monitor the PSB building for safety
