A coordinated program between primary care providers, diabetic nursing, nutrition counseling, and community health. This program aims to take a multidisciplinary approach to diabetic care and prevention to enhance the health of the community.
Supports the HWC, Behavioral Health programs, and MEIHSS (In-Home Services)and coordinates Public Health-related events, quality assurance reviews, staff recruitment, patient registration, third party billing, and purchased referred care.
The Muckleshoot Health & Wellness Center was built in 2005 and continues to help Tribal members on their path to wellness. We would like to thank the Health Committee and Council for all of their support in giving our team the tools we need to help our family stay healthy.
