Muckleshoot and Tribes from around the region danced, drummed, sang, and celebrated over 3 days at the Skopabsh Powwow in late August.
The event featured traditional dance, drumming, special contents, and great prizes, hosted at the Muckleshoot Powwow Grounds. Thanks to everyone who took part in another successful Powwow.
The annual Muckleshoot Canoe Awakening marks the beginning of the canoe season with blessings, songs, and community gathering. The ceremony honors the Tribe’s relationship with the water and the cultural traditions that guide each journey.
On March 9, 2026 the Washington State House of Representatives opened the legislative session with a moment of prayer and recognition led by representatives of the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe.
