Women’s History Month: ƛ́aswələx̌ʷ tsiiɫ sɫəɫadaýčəɫ (Our Women Are Strong)

The month of March is Women’s History Month. We celebrate all the women in our lives and our thankful for all the Muckleshoot women who have fought for our Tribal Sovereignty. The black and white photo is from 1950  it shows women cooking salmon on the Muckleshoot reservation.
