The month of March is Women’s History Month. We celebrate all the women in our lives and our thankful for all the Muckleshoot women who have fought for our Tribal Sovereignty. The black and white photo is from 1950 it shows women cooking salmon on the Muckleshoot reservation.
On March 9, 2026 the Washington State House of Representatives opened the legislative session with a moment of prayer and recognition led by representatives of the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe.

Last month the DOL stopped by the Muckleshoot Community Center, helping Members get their enhanced ID. Join the DOL on April 10 from 9:00-4:00 if you still are in need of one.
